BNS's tour of U.S.A and Canada was made up of three shows in New York, Toronto and Los Angeles. Each show attracted a fascinating number of people. "It's always motivating to know you're singing to a packed venue" smiles Bathiya. The organizer of the L.A concert claims that despite the small Sri Lankan population in California, the L.A show attracted in excess of a thousand people. The shows in New York and Toronto were similarly packed out with queues of people waiting to get in even after the show had begun.

Each member of the BNS outfit has brought home some unique memories of their recent tour. “The craziest thing that happened to me was in New York where a fan asked me for the shirt I wore during the show. That was my lucky shirt and it took a bit convincing before I decided to give it up” laughs Randhir. “Another interesting experience I had was a snow fight with Bathiya and Ashanthi” adds Randhir “I was doing fairly well when Baths suddenly decides to hit me with a massive snow ball about the size of a missile. Be warned, a snow ball that size hits like a rock. That’s the last snow fight I get into…”
